He set up the Funky Penguin because he was in such demand when working individually that he was constantly turning away enquiries for dates that he was already booked on. Based on his extensive personal experience and contacts, Anthony knew which entertainers would provide value for money and give their guests a good night, and set about building a core team of acts that could meet his exceptionally high personal standards of performance.
From these small beginnings the Funky Penguin has gone from strength to strength, built on Anthony's core values of professionalism, reliability and quality. Unlike other agencies we offer a host of 'value added services' that go far beyond a simple booking agency. Examples include the Event Planner service for clients, an extensive music directory to help clients find music they want included at their event, and an account management service to help clients keep track of what has been arranged and what thier entertainment and any equipment hire will cost them.
