How far in advance do I need to book?

The short answer is as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as we can not reserve any entertainment until you confirm your booking.

A booking is only confirmed once the retainer fee has been paid and the signed booking form returned.

DJ & Band Hire Prices

Our fees for DJ Hire or Band Hire are based on four main factors:

1. Location,

2. Start/end time of event,

3. Estimated number of guests.

4. The number of performers plays a significant part of the total fee.

In most cases, these 4 factors will enable us to provide you with a quotation.

DJ Price Guide

The basic fee for most of our DJs is £500 except Anthony, Guy & Euan who command a higher fee. The fee for each act is stated on their profile page.

There may also be other fees to be added such as background music or early setup, additional equipment, or transportation depending on the distance between the venue and the act.  For venues that are over 150 miles away from the act or performer, accomodation fees may be also be charged.

Band Hire Price Guide

The fee for bands differs greatly, and there are a range of additional factors to the ones outlined above that have to be considered.  For example factors that can influence band hire prices include:-

1. Will the band require a sound engineer?

2. Does the band need to learn any specific tracks for your event?

3. How many sets you would like them to perform?

The more information you are able to provide on the enquiry form the easier it will be for us to provide you a comprehensive quote.

The booking confirmation form that we will send to you will detail everything that we agree. If there is any incorrect information on the booking form, please inform us and it will be changed.

When a booking is confirmed we also provide you with various planning forms which can be accessed from the client area of our website. These forms include an Event Timeline, Music Requests and Detailed Event Planning forms.
