| When we receive your confirmation and payment we will send you an updated invoice showing the outstanding balance and also confirmation that your event has now changed status from "Pending" to "Booked".

The best acts tend to get booked well in advance (sometimes as much as 2 years in advance) and the later you leave it the less choice you'll have. Occasionally the best deals are for late bookings, but that can involve taking a gamble that a suitable act will be available for your date. Holiday periods and other special dates attract premium fees
DJs
Likewise the best DJs tend to get booked well in advance and the later you leave it the less choice you'll have.

| Sometimes yes, but very often we can secure a better deal because we offer our acts so much work that we get more favourable terms than you will receive from them, additionally, all our acts have Public Liability Insurance cover plus you also gain the benefit and security of a contract. Other advantages that we offer are that you only have one company to deal with for all your acts/services such as the DJ/band, the string quartet, the uplighting for the room, chair covers etc.

| We try to be flexible and for DJs we do offer a 20% discount for mid-week bookings, i.e. Monday to Thursday (except during December).
Again for DJs, if you do not require any lighting this will save the DJ time in setting up and packing down and so we will offer a 10% discount.
For last minute bookings (less than 7 days notice) if we have an act available we can sometimes offer a discount, but not always and many times there may not be an act available.
The vast majority of our acts are working every Friday & Saturday throughout May to September and many dates in December, so we will not offer any discounts for Fridays & Saturdays during those months.
Charity Events: In the past two or three years we have seen an enormous increase in the amount of charity events we are asked to provide entertainment for, almost weekly. Many of our acts already contribute in some way to charities that are close to their hearts and so please do not feel offended when we are not able to offer our services for free for your charity event, and in many cases (especially on a Friday/Saturday) we will not even be able to offer a discount. |

| We will send a contract to you which you would sign and return with the retainer fee. The booking is then confirmed.
