When it comes to DJs & DJing, the general public perception is that Club DJs are the top of the tree and that wedding DJs are Peter Kay type characters sprouting out tired clichés.

The reality is somewhat different.

People go to a nightclub because they want to dance.

It’s generally one, maybe two music genres all night,

most people are of a similar age and the whole club is centered on the dancefloor.

Basically if a club DJ can’t get people dancing he must be pretty bad!

Whereas at your average wedding, you have extremes in ages from toddlers to pensioners- everyone has different music tastes-

most people haven’t seen each other for a long time and want to chat;
